Formats et finishes

Extracted in the heart of the Chatillonnais region in the upper Côte d’Or, Beaunotte stone consists of veins and shells that sometimes form sunset-shaped images.

This semi-hard stone is highly prized in stone cutting for items such as stone staircases, window frames (uprights and lintels), fireplaces, and basins.

Beaunotte stone is equally well suited to interior paving with a smooth, honed or aged, non-slip finish, such as swimming pool surrounds (paving and edges).

Beaunotte stone hardens over time, which gives it a very beautiful patina and a finish just like old Burgundy flagstones.
